Some services offered through the UDMO Outreach Office include: 

• LIHEAP (Low-income home energy assistance Program) Crisis Assistance: Helps in a life threatening situation for temporary shelter, fuel, blankets, heaters and furnace repair. Furnace replacement may be available for homeowners.
• Emergency Food Pantry
• Emergency Voucher: Provides eligible applicants with limited financial help for basic needs.
• Client Advocacy: Assisting clients with providers and organizations to receive assistance resolving difficult situations.
• Adopt-A-Family Christmas Program: Families are "adopted" in the surrounding communities at Christmas time and are provided with gifts and food for the holiday.
• Special Projects: School supplies/clothing, holiday food baskets, based on available funding.
