Institute for Community Alliances - SCEH Coordinated Entry

Coordinated Entry is the front door to homeless services. It is the first point of contact individuals need to contact who are in need of shelter services. It will provide guidance to anyone experiencing homelessness to the correct support and housing programs most appropriate to their situation.

Eligibility: Homeless individuals and families. Must be living in a shelter, the street, car, tent or a place not meant for habitation. Cannot assist anyone who is doubled up at another person's residence.
